🔁 Refund & Returns Policy

At Luxsel, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Custom or personalised products (if applicable)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

📭 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will:

  • Send a replacement OR
  • Issue a full refund

📦 Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:

  • Please check around your property and with neighbors
  • Contact your local courier

If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.


🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified.
